Dear Diary,

Yesterday I had lunch with [an acquaintance]. He’s from 2130, and over coronation chicken baguettes he told me some time next year [an inferior professor] will unprove the existence of vampires. There will be a small poof and some pinkish puffs here and there around the world that will be mistaken for chalk dust. All [the professor]’s notes will vanish, gaps will appear in bookshelves and DVD collections, particularly the teen sections, and this entry too will cease to exist. Oh, and vampire bats are re-named piranha bats. No one will remember otherwise.
