This was inspired by Julia Munroe Martin over at wordsxo, which I in turn inspired with a picture of the pile of notes I found around my desk. The Guardian also did a thing.
Most of my last two years have been spent here:
Every item I can identify in that picture has a (not necessarily interesting) story. You can see part of my VW camper-van collection, part of my Doctor Who collection, and a lot of my book collection.
(Yes, that's English Grammar For Dummies at the end of the shelf. Siblings + birthday = what's turned out to be quite a helpful book.)
There's also a view from my window, but it's not great.

Love this! But only 3 teas? I'm soooo disappointed. Now let me just say thank you to you for inspiring me to inspire you to post the lovely picture of your desk! (By the way, I especially like that you showed *under* your desk. I kept that for next blog, to keep that air of mystery....)
Desk, ey. More of a wide shelf. Thanks for the comment. The 3 teas are repeated often - limited mugs. =)
Love the post. I don't know why, but it's fascinating to see where other writers write. I found you through Julia's blog. Come on over a visit me sometime. :)
Thanks for the comment. I love to be a little nosey too, and the messier the desk the better! Off to have a peek at your blog now. Uni essay, what uni essay?
